I am working for a small company that wants to begin to offer vacation and sick leave benefits. They plan to offer both as a “personal leave” policy that can be used either for sick leave or vacation. I do not understand how the IRS might treat them differently. It seems most companies do not have a combined personal leave benefit.

My good friend wants to travel to Egypt and see the paramids… I would like to take him there but I don’t know how accessible that would be for an electric wheelchair?
I would also like to know if there are other nice places to take someone on vacation who uses a wheel chair? Money is not really a problem. Can someone give us some ideas? My friend has only been paralyzed for a 2 yrs and this would be a first vacation we would take together…

It might not be obvious to everyone just how many uses you can find for your large plastic easter eggs once Easter has passed. You have been filling them with candies and treats for your little ones setting up Easter egg hunts and the like. But how can you reuse all these eggs you bought?
Uses Around the Home
If your plastic easter eggs don’t have holes in them you can pull them apart and use them as little dishes to put wood varnish in if you are finishing an area of wood like a dining table. By doing this you can avoid ruining some of your more finer dishware as these can just be thrown away afterwards, or cleaned and put back in the garage to use again.
How about using a large plastic easter egg as a makeshift organizer to put thumbtacks in for use in your home office?
